During the meeting, which was also participated by Swedish ambassador to Tehran, the two sides discussed the latest Yemeni developments both inside the country and internationally.
They also reviewed the ways to put an immediate end to the humanitarian crisis in Yemen.
Establishment of ceasefire in Yemen, lifting the siege on the country, and removing the danger of oil leakage from Safer tanker were also on the agenda of the meeting.
