The event was held in the presence of ministers of science and technology and health, chancellors of Tehran University and Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Secretary of Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution Saied Reza Ameli, Vice President for Parliamentary Affairs Mohammad Hosseini, and some academic officials.
This is President Raisi's first participation in Tehran University after taking office.
Some 26 top students in university entrance exam are to be praised in the event.
